Bunny you are right. I would point out that McCain as well offered a cap and trade proposal. It seems on this issue there is very little difference between them. Seemingly the main difference is McCain is really gung-ho about nuclear power.

I have to disagree. The cap and trade system Obama is suggesting is new. For a more detailed account I would check out his site or do some more reading.

The problem is that this "green" concern is really driven by emotion and has little basis in actual fact. If people were really concerned for the environment they would look at the big picture instead of the very myopic views that are currently curculating. Is it really better to cut down trees that consume CO2, and turn them into cups? Also think about the paper bleaching process that not only is energy consuming but also actually produces some pretty nasty byproducts. If that were not enough, in a commercially used landfill, it is anaerobic (no oxygen) and study after study have found paper will exist almost indefinitely under these conditions. Do yourself and the environment a favor, don't give in to these myopic ideals that seem to drive popular opinion. Make the right choice, choose foamed PS.

Caution: Do some homework and you will find that ZAP is one of only a few companies in the world today delivering an assembly-line produced EV that fills the growing demand for affordable electric cars. I wonder why someone would want to write an article that smears ZAP?

We met with and cooperated with the writer of this article and found that he had an agenda to write a negative article about ZAP. We even had some of his facts stricken from the article and all he had left were statements from disgruntled former employees who have chosen to compete directly with ZAP and failed ZAP dealers who want to blame ZAP. Listen to what one successful dealer has to say about ZAP.

We have nothing to hide. ZAP has been in business for almost 14 years, delivered over 100,000 electric vehicles (bikes, scooters, motorbikes, NEVs, ATVs, motorcycles, now city-speed sedans and pickups). We are an SEC reporting company. Don't believe me? Call or visit ZAP or any of our dealers and see some of these vehicles they say don't exist.

Caution, do your homework on electric vehicles and you will find that ZAP is one of only a few companies in the world today who is delivering an all-electric vehicle that fills the growing demand for electric cars.

We have nothing to hide, although the reporter lied when he wrote that ZAP would not cooperate with the article. In trying to build a case against ZAP, he had to resort to free speech and quote several former disgruntled employees who are trying to compete with ZAP and some failed dealers that want to blame ZAP. Hear what one successful ZAP dealer has to say here:

If you want the full story, feel free to call ZAP or set up a test drive at one of our dealers to drive our "non-existent" car.
